Done on 7-20-2007

Bought a set of six snowmen from Patternsonline.com
The first one was done for Chris Nestor as a Christmas 
gift last year. Made it into a post card.
When I started this on Tuesday I only had the hat done.
This will sit in my finished drawer till I decide to do 
something with it.

I had totally forgotten that I was gonna post my finishes here when done. Guess what I've had about 7 finishes sense the last post. I have them in my Webshots photos Here in my finishes for 2007.
I'm just gonna list them and hopefully do better in the future.

Ornament
Finsihed an ornament I stitched up last year for a exchnage with CSF called Christmas in july. This whnet to Lisa S.
Did up some needle minders as well.

 Last night on the 22 of May 2007 my oldest boy graduated from the 8 th grade. He has had a hard time in school being put back a few years but he has finally made it through to the graduation of 8 th grade. I know he is gonna have a really hard time in high school but guess we will deal with that then. He received his certificate of completion along with an award for English. Wow.. That was one of my most favorite subjects in school way back when.

Most kids were all dressed up last night but not my Chris. Black collar shirt and jeans was it for him. Some times (lot's is more like it) I wished they still lived with me and we had money because he sure wouldn't have gone in that outfit. He may have fussed and fought it but he would have at least had a nice dress shirt on. It took forever for them to call his name or so it seamed. The ceremony was about 2 hours long witch isn't what I expected at all. I though he was just getting some little award and that it would be over in 1 hour tops. It was not relayed to me that this was the graduation ceremony . 

Next week they will be out of school for the Summer. Nicky will be entering Middle School then. 3 years for him and we will be done with Middle School. Where did the time go ???

Found this pattern at 1-2-3stitch.com it was a freebie there. I think I'm gonna send this to a friends daughter or I might save it and  finish it out as a wall  hanging for my Stitching Blogger birthday partner. Plans for this are still up in the air. I did enjoy doing this one up a little more then any other ones I have done in the past.
